Staff Highlights
Dr Shelley Atkinson - Access Solutions
Shelley holds a Certificate IV in Access Consulting. She is a member of the Access Consulting Association. She has worked closely with the architects and designers at Insite Architects for over 7 years. Prior to working for Insite Architects, Shelley was a post-doctoral research scientist, honing her attention to detail and problem solving. She maintains an up-to-date understanding of access regulations through ongoing education and research, ensuring relevant outcomes for all projects.
Jarrod Caspersz - Rectification Solutions
Jarrod is a Director of Solutions, specialising in Contract Administration and Business Development with nearly 20 years’ in the architectural industry. He has a wide variety of experience in community, commercial, retail and residential projects. Jarrod leads our rectification team with a wealth of knowledge in building & design practices, enabling efficient and effective resolution to building defect & remediation issues. He has a focus on high-level stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are developed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Jack Pearce - Rectification Solutions
Jack joined the team at the start of 2023 as a draftsperson with a history of residential & commercial documentation, including fabrication. His multidisciplinary experience in the construction industry brings a wealth of knowledge in detailing to the team. He manages our rectification projects, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
Anna Holloway - Performance/Access Solutions
Anna is a Director and registered Architect (ARBV, NSWARB, ABWA, NTAB, APBSA, BOAQ) with over 20 year’s industry experience. Anna has extensive experience in design, accessibility and general building regulations and requirements with particular expertise in childcare facilities having designed hundreds of service and community centres nationwide. Her intricate knowledge of the construction codes and design requirements enables her to find solutions for a range of issues.
Christine Massie - Performance Solutions
Christine has been with the team for 7 years applying her skills to various commercial and community projects. As a registered architect (ARBV), Christine has the relevant expertise and credentials to review and assess design solutions in conjunction with the national construction code and relevant Australian standards. Her creative thinking allows her to solve a range of issues for commercial projects.
